We loved having Mane visit the class (not least because he came bearing lots of coffeeeee...) He seemed to know everything about his field and we all learned about aspects of it we'd never thought of before, for instance the great variety of flavors found in coffee like berry or citrus or chocolate. Also, he demonstrated a several different ways of brewing coffee and allowed us to sample an compare them. We think we should go visit the plant as it would be "highly educational."
